Welcome to literature-and-medicine.com, a blog I have created primarily for the storage of literature and medicine reviews.

Some of the literature and medicine reviews appeared earlier elsewhere online in a different format. I have revised all of them substantially for this site with original material. ALL of them reflect deep editing. NONE of them appears as in its original format. I retain copyright for ALL of these revised editions of my original annotations.

I am also including pages with my poetry, reflective essays and prose poems, particularly my ekphrastic poetry, and, eventually, some of my obitudiaries and other writings and musings.

I welcome comments.

    Hello there,

    This page looks really interesting. I stumbled upon it because you are using the ‘ekphrasis’ tag, and these posts are now showing up in the RSS Feed for a column I write on virtual art called ekphrasis. I didn’t realised that anyone could use that particular tag (which is technically listed as ekphrasis-2), but I guess that makes sense. If you’d like your posts to be separate from mine, you might use something like ekphrastic.

    In any case, interesting reads.
